to request return authorization. All returns must have prior authorization and meet return requirements. Any returns received without an issued return authorization number may be ineligible for refund.

- Received within 30 days from the date of delivery
- Packed in their original cartons complete with all parts and original packing materials

Defective Merchandise

to request a replacement or return. Items arrived with shipping damage or lost in transit must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. Do not remove from original delivery address.
